Miami Boat Show, Miami Boating Events
Miami’s many lakes and surrounding oceans make it the perfect spot for boating and Miami boating events. Because of its large number of boating fans, the City of Miami is host of the Miami Boat Show. Produced by the National Marine Manufacturer Association, leading manufacturer of marine related products in the United States, the Miami Boat Show offers everything needed for the perfect day out on the water. The Miami Boat Show takes place at the Miami Beach Convention Center and the next upcoming show will be held from February 12th through the 16th of 2009.
The Miami Boat Show offers food and drinks and features a variety of the latest boats and boat accessories. Guests may test drive or ride on featured boats to get a feel for the run. Entry for the Miami Boat Show at the Miami Beach Convention Center or Miamarina at Bayside is $30 on “Premier Day” and $16 for adults on Monday through Friday. A two-day pass is $30, kids 13 to 15 years old pay $6 and 12 years old and younger get in free. Entry for the show at the Sea Isle Marina & Yachting Center does not require tickets. See the latest in boating!
The Miami Boat Show also features the Big Game Room where a live auction will be held. Lavish items will be auctioned and big name celebrities will be in attendance. All profits go to the Dan Marino Foundation, a foundation for children with disabilities or chronic illnesses.
